## What is TRC Staff?

TRC Staff is the internal app for The Recording Club team in Los Angeles. Sign in with the studio password to get one place to run your shift.

This app is for The Recording Club staff only. It is not a public app and requires a studio sign-in.

Ask
An AI assistant grounded in the club's own docs and live data. Ask a question and get a real answer, with the sources it came from, so you can trust what you see and check the details yourself.

Today
Your shift dashboard. See today's sessions, who's on the floor, and the manager on duty at a glance. Read the floor notes for the day and clock in when you arrive, all from one screen.

Sessions and Members
Browse today's sessions and look up members so you always know what's on the books and who's in the building.

Floor Notes
Log catches and kudos as they happen. Capture a note by voice with live transcription, so you can keep your hands free and get it down before you forget.

Clock In and Out
Clock in and out from your phone and keep track of your earnings without chasing down a timesheet.

Walkie
Reach the team fast when you need an answer or an extra set of hands on the floor.

No manager on duty? The app says so at the top, and a director or anyone on the clock can assign the manager position, engineers included. The manager gets the checklist assignments to hand out.

Clocking out away from the studio now asks when you actually stopped working. Pick the time, from your clock-in up to now, and your hours end there. Your manager is told the time you gave.

Every request now carries your own staff session so the door can check who is asking.

Attach up to 10 photos to an app issue report, and pick several at once from your library. The Camera button stays open so you can take a few shots in a row, and the Send button shows each upload as it goes.

Reply to a ticket with several photos or videos at once from your library.

Who is here keeps up with the clock. When someone clocks in or out, pauses or resumes, Today shows it right away on your phone, and everyone else's Today catches up within about 15 seconds, no pull to refresh needed.

Tag anyone on staff in a Floor Note. The Tag a person list used to stop partway through the alphabet, so some people could never be tagged. It now shows every taggable staff member, with a Search a name box above the list.
