## What is Tread Assist?

Tread Assist aims to provide you with metrics that ordinary treadmills cannot provide. The app allows you to view your cadence in steps per minute, while running or walking on a treadmill. Workouts can be uploaded to Apple Health and/or Strava automatically.

App a bit disappointing,does not show heart rate once above 100

**Developer response:** Update: The issue has been resolved in version 1.3.3

Sorry to hear you are having problems when your heart rate is above 100.
