### 3/5 — Can’t Complain Too Much,It’s FREE!

*2024-05-14, version 4.02*

I love the app ! The only thing i dislike about it is , if exit out the app to check a text message it pauses your time ,walking or running it pause it until you pull the app back up

### 3/5 — Good app

*2023-03-04, version 3.0.14*

This is a good app, and about the only app that I’ve found that is built for treadmills and distance goals. Being in a northern state, it is essential to be able to have a program for running distance indoors. My only complaint is the app does not explain at which level you currently are, from which to progress when you are done. For instance after completing the “fat to 5k” (which is not really meant for “fat” people) am I then strong enough to progress to “20 min 5k”? Within that program, what does cross training variable miles mean?

### 3/5 — Problems

*2022-12-18, version 3.0.14*

I like the app but it keeps shutting down in the middle of the workout. There is no way to restart the stats and the voice over does not work when app is in the background.

### 5/5 — TREADMILL RUNNER/FAT TO 5k

*2021-05-26, version 3.0.14*

I have really enjoyed using the simple app to get back in shape to run 5K’s. The workout is reasonable and I feel as if I am making progress each workout.
It has other training plans and options for those looking to prepare for running or losing weight. I would definitely recommend the app to friends. As a matter of fact, I did.

### 5/5 — Exactly what I was looking for

*2021-02-24, version 3.0.14*

This app tells me what to do every day and it also guides me while I’m running. It is such gradual growth every day; I get stronger, therefore it still seems easy. It has different programs depending on what you want - 5K training, 10 training, just a good workout. It also puts in days to relax. I do my run for the day, then check it off. Next day, the same. I feel like I’m accomplishing something. And I am! I feel better and now enjoy getting fit on my treadmill. It also has virtual runs to watch so you feel like you’re outside on the trail.

### 5/5 — Treadmill

*2020-11-15, version 3.0.14*

It’s the best app ever

### 4/5 — Great app for free

*2020-06-27, version 3.0.14*

I got this app for the HIIT function while on my home treadmill. I have no problem running outside and getting my distance in but my speed hasn’t been changing so I knew it was time to throw in interval and sprint training. Um, wow though, my legs do not move at 10mph to 12mph on the treadmill! That feels like a lot for a “beginner” even if it is for only 30 seconds so I have to slightly adjust my speeds. That’s the only reason for my mark down. I can listen to my amazon music while doing the workouts and I still get the voice prompts. I would recommend this.

### 5/5 — Great app...and it’s free

*2020-05-20, version 3.0.14*

Just what I’ve been looking for.

### 4/5 — Great app to use while indoors, rainy days

*2020-03-27, version 3.0.14*

Wish I could watch a video and listen to music while on the app.

### 5/5 — So far so good!

*2020-03-04, version 3.0.11*

I’ve only used it once so far but I’m absolutely in love! It’s exactly what I’m looking for! You can choose your run by how long you want to run and at what level. Seriously the most perfect app for the treadmill and I’ve tried quite a few

### 5/5 — Great update

*2020-02-19, version 3.0.11*

Thank you

### 3/5 — Good in theory

*2020-02-01, version 3.0.7*

I love and hate this app. The workouts are great, but the app itself is buggy. It stops recording about 12 minutes into most of the HIIT workouts, so it doesn’t show any kind of the workouts beyond 25 minutes as complete when you finish them. Very frustrating.

### 3/5 — Good in theory but...

*2019-12-28, version 1.0.9*

I’m recently forced to workout inside of a gym instead of outside and I needed some motivation. The app had a good score so I tried it. I’ve done two runs and I was sweating hardcore at the end BUT both runs (in HIIT) had mistakes on the mileage, the time and the distance. In the countdown portion of the window it would say 2 mins and 5 mph but on the bottom half of the window, it would say 30 second and 3 mph. I also did a 15 min run, which at the end was supposed to put me over 1 mile and at the end of that run I had 4 mins left of my 15 min run (according to my treadmill) and was at .86 miles. It’s not a deal breaker but there were consistent errors in the displayed numbers.

### 3/5 — Good start but needs work

*2019-08-29, version 1.0.9*

I loved the long run times, the speed was a issue though. This is Fat to 5k, the speeds need to be adjusted for out of shape people, and realistic. The display should say walk, RUN not walk walk, the times vs the application after you press start is different time wise after about six runs. There should be a cool down time.

### 1/5 — Unfair

*2019-08-28, version 1.0.9*

I just wanted to lol at this app. No price was listed but suddenly it starts charging my account. Unfair!!

### 1/5 — Review

*2019-07-07, version 1.0.9*

Avarage!

### 2/5 — Loved but now Meh

*2024-06-23, version 4.03*

Miss the HIIT workouts! The ones on there now I wouldn't consider HIIT wish I could roll the app back, or they bring back the workouts by time for HIIT not distance. Please bring back 10,15,20 minute HIIT easy, medium, hard sessions!

### 2/5 — Few options

*2024-01-08, version 3.0.14*

Few training options

### 2/5 — Only for advanced walkers /runners

*2021-07-19, version 3.0.14*

I thought it would start off slow and work my way up. No. It’s 3 mph- 10 min. not bad but then straight to 5mph for 3 minutes. If this is for beginners I need someone to lead me in the direction of babysteps work out apps because 11 min in I thought my face was going to imprint on the treadmill and when I switched to 5 there was no way I could keep up.

Good for those that are already in top shape.... not just trying to get in shape. Because my shape was almost just flat on the floor 😂

### 2/5 — Could be great if the glitches were resolved

*2021-04-22, version 3.0.14*

The first few “fat to 5k” workouts worked really well with no problems. Unfortunately ever since I have upgraded to the paid version I can’t use the “back” button at the end of the workout to go back to the menu and tick to show that it has been completed. Now pretty much useless and I’m fuming

### 2/5 — Needs a lot of work

*2019-08-22, version 1.0.9*

I guess since it’s free I can’t complain too much but it needs work. Whenever I click the settings icon it brings me to the next page but then freezes on me. I’ve had to restart my phone twice now to go back into the app. Guess I will just avoid it for now. I like the 20 minute 5k option but I looked at the first workout at it starts with running 6.5mph for 9 minutes and I’m not there yet. So maybe this one is for runners more advanced than me but the fat to 5k is too easy for me, so I’m in limbo. I guess I will try and tailor it the best to my abilities at this time.

### 2/5 — Won’t work on my iPod Touch

*2019-06-22, version 1.0.9*

I use my iPod Touch when I exercise to avoid sweating up my iPhone, and would LOVE to use this app to train. Unfortunately, once uploaded, this app only shows the first screen then immediate goes to a black screen and won’t work. My iPod touch has the latest IOS 12.3.1. Curiously, this app works okay on my iPhone 8.

### 2/5 — Meh...

*2019-02-12, version 1.0.4*

Well, it’s free. But, so are many other couch to 5K apps. And this has a couple of drawbacks. For one, if you go into another app you have to restart your work out. Since I started the first workout with a 10 minute walk, I thought I would check my email. I came back after five minutes only to find out I had to restart. Second: it turns on the flashlight during the run intervals. What’s with that? It’ll just run down your battery really fast. The one thing I will say for it is it gives you a speed to set the treadmill to. But my advice is to shop around. That’s what I’m about to do.

### 2/5 — Not great

*2019-01-23, version 1.0.4*

Crashes a lot and not many updates.

### 5/5 — This awesome!

*2025-06-12, version 4.05*

I love this app so far I hope in the future you could continue making workout plans that can make someone go from 10k to half marathon, to marathon and maybe ultra. But either way I’m happy with this app been looking for a routine for my winter runs on the treadmill and this one is perfect helps me be consistent with my pacing I do wish there was an option to uncheck runs for I have accidentally check in some idk if it’s because the phone is in my pocket but I can’t unchecked them so I have to make sure I remember to do the runs and not skip them by mistake

### 5/5 — GREAT APP

*2024-11-08, version 4.05*

This app has met all my needs related to running! It has made me reach fitness levels beyond my comprehension! No only was this app helpful, but kept me on track and more motivated with my runs. The app itself is very easy to use and easy to navigate. You can chose hundreds of different workouts, speeds, and distances. I originally downloaded this app in order to try to get my dream time goal for a 5k,10k, and even half marathon! It not only helped me meet my goals but exceeded my goals as well! Thank you!
