Everything went great and we were very happy with our tires, service and ease of setting up appointments. After the 2 year plan was up we continued the oil change plan. But about 9 months ago we couldn’t set up a an oil change on the app. We tried to message tech support with no response, then email, then text. There is no phone number to call. After several attempts I had to reach out to my bank to try to stop the payments. I had to get a new debit card. Trying to cancel my subscription was a nightmare. ### 1/5 — No longer works *2026-06-05, version 1.0.342* The app has stopped working, and I’m being charged for a service that no longer offers my tire size. I can’t even use the app to cancel my subscription. No online support of any kind is available. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. It was good when it was good. Now it’s TRASH… ### 1/5 — Appears to no longer work *2026-06-02, version 1.0.342* I’ve been trying to reach anyone for 8 months. Had a flat tire, scheduled service and vendor did not show up. After weeks of daily emails, in app messages and phone calls I have yet to hear from treads. They do however attempt to get payment every couple days. ### 1/5 — Locked out of my account *2026-05-18, version 1.0.342* I have tried everything try to make new account even will not let me login no matter what I try cannot get in contact with app support cannot send messages through the app cannot receive messages through the app. The app is just not working or responding. Yet they continue to bill all their customers and cannot cancel on the app, this is a FRAUD. Services were great until mid 2025. The least they can do is to cancel all customers subscriptions and stop the auto pay. This is FRAUD.
