Almost NEVER works!!!! Logs you out constantly so you can’t see anything going on at the casino and takes ages to load. I have used it across multiple phones and experienced the same issues, so it’s not even worth the space on your phone

I downloaded the app and tried making an account but it just keeps popping up with a message that a phone number is needed for texts, but there’s no where to enter a phone number when creating an account. Seems pointless to have an app you can’t log into it.

App constantly freezes, isn’t operable. Prices are notably different on app vs in person. Certain items can’t be ordered on titogo like breakfast sandwiches, grilled cheese, etc.  ordering from mongo bay is a painful long process so having the ability to order online to expedite would only make sense. Would be nice to include all offers on app rather than the thick mailer to home. Another option, create a digital mailer to email. Save money on mailing and can be accessed any time. Technology is a constant struggle point. App has potential but not there yet

New iPhone I’m using and the app freezes about 3 times a week. Most games sound controls are off and no way to turn them on. Have to delete and reinstall so many times it’s not fun anymore. Old app was way better

An unsettling amount of the app redirects you to a link in web browser and prompts you to log in again. 
Notifications behave kinda whack.

The TI app has many positive aspects to its design. It always has up to date information regarding its concerts, events, promotions and more! Navigating the app is extremely user friendly with categorized buttons providing the user with the best guest experience. I even can find my favorite slot machines locations directly from the app. Can’t wait to see Wheel of Fortune LIVE I discovered from navigating the apps concerts and events.
