Treat blocks the apps that distract you and unlocks them when you complete a focus session. Build better habits with rewards, not willpower — it fixes "I can't put my phone down" with a system, not guilt.

■ 3 types of reward rules
- Focus reward: earn a reward every time you complete a set number of sessions (or total focus time). Set a daily cap to prevent overuse
- Break reward: auto-unlocks only during Pomodoro breaks, then re-locks automatically when the break ends
- Scheduled: grants a reward at a set time each day. Specific weekdays supported too

■ What you can block
- Pick any apps or categories (social, games, video…)
- Block by website (domain) too
- Block adult content
- Optionally add extra blocking only while you focus

■ Reward tickets
- Swipe to "tear off" and use a ticket you earned
- Using it unlocks the target apps, and they re-lock automatically when time runs out
- Choose an expiry (same day / 24 hours / 2 days)
- Occasional bonus tickets (+5 min) keep it fun

■ Lock a rule ← for when willpower runs low
- Lock any rule you made for a set period (1 hour to 1 week)
- While locked, that rule cannot be edited or deleted at all
- A way to beat the future you who might give in
