## What is Treat Yourself?

There is much controversy about Homoeopathy. 
Many articles have been written which state that Homoeopathic Remedies have no effect. 
The Remedies themselves have been analysed and found to contain no trace of the original substance from which they were made. 
This reduces any concerns about side effects. 

However, many people find them useful and say they have helped where traditional medicines have failed. 
This app includes some of the more useful remedies.
The 6th potency is recommended as being the safest. 
This program will help you choose a Homoeopathic Remedy for a mild disorder.
Please be aware that choosing the most suitable Remedy takes both training and years of practise.

Do not attempt to diagnose or cure illness by the use of Homoeopathy.
NEVER advise anyone to stop taking a prescribed medication.
