My account has been hit with spam appointments, and despite reporting the issue over a week ago, nothing has been done to resolve it. Customer support has been very disappointing. I’ve received little to no meaningful communication, no updates on the investigation, and no indication of when the issue will be resolved. What’s most concerning is the lack of security. It’s worrying that spam bookings can happen in the first place, and even more worrying that the response has been so slow and ineffective. After waiting over a week without a resolution or proper updates, I can’t recommend using Treatwell based on my experience. I expected much better support and stronger security measures. ### 3/5 — Pas de filtres intéressants *2026-03-18* Je l’indique ici car la personne du chat à qui j’ai parlé n’a pas répondu grand chose : je suis très déçue qu’on ne puisse pas filtrer les envois de mails aux personnes qui font des techniques, des entretiens de barbe, par sexe etc.. très déçue car lors de l’appel avec le commercial pour choisir quelle plateforme prendre, il m’avait assuré que cela était possible. Mentir de la sorte aux potentiels acheteurs, je trouve cela inadmissible. Ce serait bien aussi que les produits achetées par nos clients soient indiqués dans leur fiche client. I tried delete it multiple times but it download with the same error, but on my other devices Is working fine. I couldn’t find where the complaint or ask for help. Customer service is gone help me to solve that issue ### 3/5 — Too many charges *2025-09-01* Started well and got a lot of new clients but they also take 35% from my own clients if they haven’t been there for a year. They also now charge the same for cancellations so you paying for that as well. They also use a payment provider called stripe and they take a % of the money treatwell are paying you as I tried to reconcile my accounts but there were discrepancies which I raised with TW and they said that was because of the payments stripe take. I expected the monthly charge we pay TW to cover these kind of things so was surprised about this. There just seem to be more and more charges all the time. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as the cancellation team call me back. Read before giving your business away! *2025-08-07* Had a salon a few years and was using premier but when they stopped doing salons I switched to Treatwell. At first I was happy to give 35% fee if they bring me customers. Little did I know I’d be paying 35% fee on my own customers a year later. If you’ve got customers who come once a year or so. Even if you provided their details to treatwell from your own original database they are not your own any more. Next time they book which they would do any way because they like you and your service. You get charged 35% an apparent “finders fee” and no proof of any re marketing on that customer. Since Covid people go longer so those once a year clients be prepared to pay 35% of that to treatwell just because. Then how about that widget don’t put it on Google because if you do they take 35% for customer who would have found you anyway and booked just for having that link there which has probably been sold to you and not clearly explained. If you want to give 35% on most of your new bookings even from your own marketing go with treatwell. I’ve even had regular clients book in online for a change and been charged 35% on them with same name and number they haven’t been asked if they been before or recognised and you get charged. Also if your customer is given your widget they book online they get prompted to look at other salons in your area. Basically you’re giving them your hard earned livelihood. STAY AWAY ### 1/5 — Very impractical *2025-02-23* The new update has made using the app so difficult and tedious always having to select card type and add to cash drawer. There’s no need for this and it makes checking out so much longer than it needs to be, I don’t always have the time to do so. When we’re in a rush, we don’t always have time to check out straight away and treatwell was better staying as just a booking system not a financial planner. Yesterday I deleted the app turned my phone off , done everything and also changed my password , never worked . This morning around 9 am was working and from like 10 am stopped working till now when I try to log in says unknown error . Can someone help please because I need this to work on my phone . Best wishes, Treatwell ### 1/5 — Absolutely ridiculous system *2024-12-04* There are CONSTANT bugs and tech issues and Treatwell does absolutely nothing to fix them. It is also expensive to use, which would be ok if the service was decent. Is now impossible to speak with customer service (used to be able to call now they have a useless bot chat which just does not help) and if you email them it will take forever to to reply or solve the issue. Your services description will be deleted periodically (this been happening for many years and still issue has not been solved). Also now all clients notes and appointment notes have disappeared which makes it impossible potentially dangerous to keep providing services to clients. Literally the service could not be more unreliable than it is. Honestly this app is so outdated and there are too many issues. If you are thinking about signing up do yourself a favour and choose another provider. There are many free to use booking systems which are brilliant. Just stuck here cause is a popular system and now I have many reviews.
