I want to reopen my treatwell account and it’s IMPOSSIBLE! I tried to log in and nothing going through, no customer services available.. I am about to open the second branch and I am in need to have my treatwell account ready. Should I just give up? Please don’t send me any links, as none of it is working!!!! Furious.

→ Commission : Elle s’applique uniquement sur le premier rendez-vous des nouveaux clients que nous vous apportons grâce à nos efforts marketing (référencement, publicité en ligne, campagnes ciblées, etc.). Les rendez-vous suivants avec ces clients ne sont pas soumis à commission.
→ Abonnement : Treatwell propose l’une des offres les plus accessibles du marché, avec pour objectif d’accroître la visibilité de nos partenaires et de leur permettre d’attirer de nouveaux clients. En moyenne, nos partenaires observent +38 % de nouveaux clients.

Don’t use it. U have no help or support from treatwell if some issues occur. Been trying to contact via chat for weeks and receive no answer and there’s nothing u can do because u can’t even call them.

If you're unsure of how to do this, you have 2 options! 

1. In App - Log in, go to "profile" in the bottom right hand corner of your screen, select "chat support". Then please pick the best option depending what you are needing help with. You can view this video which will demonstrate exactly how to do this

For more than a year now, we had been following up on major issues in pro to be resolved. We used to have connect which didn’t cause any problems. We thought, pro is for the best but yet the efficiency of use is not just as how Connect provides. The customer service is non-existent for partners like us. You try to email there’s still no resources available. You direct text on numbers you know it belongs to someone in charge of our account, as that’s the precise number they had used prior, but still no response. Perhaps through here, someone can approach us. Can someone call us please? If we knew, Pro will be a disaster, we would have stayed in connect, as other salons did stay in connect and they’re not having issues as we do.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je travaille avec treatwel, tout se déroulait très bien jusqu’à 1an - 1an 1/2. Ils ont changé pour treatwel pro, une catastrophe.
Le service Client . n’est jamais joignable par téléphone en cas d’urgence, on ne vous rappelle jamais après que vous ayez notifié un pb.
La gestion des annulations est impossible du côté du professionnel. Et la facturation n’est pas toujours claire.
Je regrette l’ancienne gestion qui était simple et efficace surtout que la nouvelle formule ne m’apporte pas plus de clientes que l’ancienne.
Je reste uniquement pour conserver mes avis qui me sont précieux.

There is no chance to register, only “login” and when I try to login I never get a letter how to reset my password and I can’t login
