I’ve not been able to get an identification using the camera yet, only through id’ing via images.

**Developer response:** Apologies for this, we have been made aware of a bug that is blocking the camera identification. This has been fixed in the next update. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

The first time I used this app it incorrectly identified an Inga Edulis as a Jacaranda. Second try, it came up as a Morton fig. It does not look like either of these. They look very different.

Tried to use it didn’t work tried to cancel it. There’s no way to get it canceled. Don’t sign up.

**Developer response:** Hello - Sorry to hear that you had trouble wit the app. We can see that there are thousands of trees being identified every day, please can you supply more information on your issues at support@chris-wakefield.com. You can cancel any subscriptions and request refunds from your apple settings like with all apps. We hope this helps.

It identified a Bradford pear tree as an American Elm tree

While we know there will be occasions where our AI simply makes a mistake, we are trying our best to ensure this happens as infrequently as possible.

When I submit a photo of a tree, it either says no tree found or gives the wrong identification to the tree species.

**Developer response:** Hello - We're sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with the app. The app uses the latest AI recognition algorithms, however it does need a clear picture of a tree in order to identify correctly. Please ensure the tree is in full frame of the photo and that there aren't lots of other trees in the same shot that could confuse it. We appreciate your feedback very much.
