It constantly asks for wi-fi password, but never connects to the lights. We can find ‘TB Proprietary Channel. T3’ in our wi-fi list, but can’t connect. Cant find any customer support anywhere. Frustrating! ### 1/5 — App won’t work!! *2017-12-30, version 1.39* App shows up in my WiFi settings on my phone but every time I try to connect through the app to use it and control my lights, the app quits. App has no working User manual and links to a website that has no help. This is China feeding us garbage and making us swallow it. ## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Beautiful *2021-12-22, version 2.1.0* With the in-line straight down hanging design it’s a snap to put on the tree evenly , i’ve had them for a couple years now and it’s always a conversation starter with the random animations selection every time you look at it it’s a new tree 🌲 and in the unicolor mode it’s easy to please my wife with her favorite color all over the tree . I would love to see dimming control, and 256 colors! I heard some people had issues with connecting, so I made a new guest WiFi named Xmastree, and I disabled 5GHz in the router. Worked perfectly first time. I found a couple of settings that I like. Installation of the app was flawless and everything connected on the first try.
