They lack of costumer service skills. They process ticket with no clear timeline or guideline. You would need to wait for quiet a long time. Leider gibt es ständig Begrenzungen, sodass man nicht schneller leveln oder bestimmte Dinge wie Dungeons absolvieren kann. Überall PayToWin Optionen und schlechte Übersetzungen. Gut ist die Übersetzung im Chat, aber Dungeons, Skills usw. sind kaum, umständlich und schlecht erklärt. Kein Wiki nur ein Discord und Dungeons sind super eintönig und wiederholen sich, es macht irgendwann kaum noch Spaß und artet eher in Arbeit aus. Für Geld kann man bestimmte Dinge automatisieren, aber dann hat man nichts zutun. Das Handelssystem ist auch mies, anonym, vieles ist nicht handelbar. Besser ist z.B. Metin2, WOW und andere Games wo man auch bezahlen kann, aber auch mit Zeit Dinge erspielen kann ohne ständige EXP Begrenzungen und normale Monster lassen auch nichts fallen, sodass man auch nicht Farmen kann, nur tägliche Gammelmissionen ohne wirklich wertvolle Items. ### 4/5 — Gameplay *2026-01-31, version 1.1.1* Good game honestly just missing 1v1 pvp and something to do when no event is happening. When we wanted to plan a wedding we saw it was only for different gender tree bond friends. I had to download in the beginning, that is expected but then download again for the second area. It kept glitching so it took 45 minutes. Then I was in there for 5 min and now need a 20 min download to get to the forest. And if you try to restart the game, you have to download more every time just to start it because you have Wi-Fi. Half of the things you open up are just blank. Like the VIP or rewards just blank screens. It does let you walk around while you’re downloading but if you try to go in any buildings, you have to download the inside of the shop. 100% not worth the time. My Wi-Fi is great. I play a ton of these games. Даже учитывая, что ты вкладываешь все в развитие своего персонажа, вкладываешь очень большие деньги- это не помогает. Ты просто устаешь от бесконечной мольбы других игроков тебе помочь, а таких игроков с возможностями ,совсем мало. Игра превратилась в выживание, а разработчики пытаются вытянуть из тебя последние деньги. Просто жаль, потраченных денег и ежедневных усилий. В игре необходим баланс между донатом и хорошей игрой для людей!!! На моей стороне ничего не менялось(телефон, связь, гео те же). Then you choose your class, you might do some research of your own here, I play a pure healer and my husband plays a DPS healer which he really enjoys and I like it gives you three options, last option is attack and heal. Then you do the quests, or run dungeons to level up; there’s an experience cap everyday and the next day you can collect any extra experience you got from the previous day. Game play very smooth, except when there’s miss bosses spawning in random locations, be prepared for some lag or your device to get hot. No one unfortunately sells vanity, except occasionally the game will toss in some cute stuff for white gems; you can tailor clothes but then unfortunately you’ll look like everyone else. Everyone gets one ability (artisan, cooking, alchemy, etc..) you can change your ability whenever you’d like but your previous abilities experience will be erased. The community is super nice, high levellers from other server often chit chat as well give lots of advice via Global or World chat. The chat has different languages which you can choose due to your preferences. I’m currently level 55 pure heal, and I also have an alt that’s a mage and gunner. The game takes a lot of patience but it’s also loads of fun.
