But the rules around invite codes were unclear, and when problems arose, I found the response from support slow and unhelpful. I very rarely have an issue with the app, but when I do the support team are really helpful and quick at getting it resolved. The bonus packs are brilliant too. Would be great if people could buy them for me e.g. as a birthday present, but this isn’t possible at the moment; hopefully some time soon. 🤞🏻 Would also be great if there were different subscription options, such as £7.50 per month to get two trees if you do over 10k steps in a day, to give me more incentive to push myself a little further!
