Heute zeigt mir die App keinen einzigen Schritt an obwohl meine Fitness App schon 7 tausend erkannt hat😅 ### 2/5 — Doesn’t sync actual data *2026-02-14, version 1.76.1* Underestimates your step count which conveniently falls beneath the threshold. Nice idea but you have to be honest that people need to be doing more steps than you claim. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work for me *2025-10-12, version 1.72.1* I work from home so many days I don’t hit the 5,000 steps target but other days I hit 10 even 20,000 steps. My average daily count is over 5,000 but I don’t get any trees planted because the steps I do over 5,000 on any day don’t count for anything. ### 3/5 — Great mission but unclear rules and unhelpful support *2025-09-05, version 1.72.1* Treekly’s idea of planting trees through step counting is excellent, and the app itself can be really motivating. But the rules around invite codes were unclear, and when problems arose, I found the response from support slow and unhelpful. That lack of clarity and communication has taken away from an otherwise strong concept, though i still use the app and value its mission. ### 2/5 — App dies *2025-01-19, version 1.67.1* I find I have to delete and reload this app too often ### 2/5 — Great until latest update *2025-01-17, version 1.67.1* It has been very good until the last update and now I can’t see anything on the homepage and it’s not logging any activity so not planting trees ### 4/5 — Lost my progress syncing to new step counter!! *2024-12-31* I switched over to my Fitbit to count steps instead of Apple health thinking it would continue the progress and it restarted!! I’m so mad 😠 I had 11 days going and it started over. It gives me wildly different step counts on various screens within the app. The support team tell you to sync again, but it doesnt work. ### 1/5 — I loved the app but it’s unusable now *2024-09-23* I loved the app as it motivated me to walk at least 5 times a week 5k But since two weeks, the app hasn’t been loading anymore I already got around 75 trees and they all disappeared It doesn’t show me any steps anymore and your technical director wrote me that it’s an issue with healthy Please fix the app. It would be a shame to lose all my progress ### 1/5 — Lost progress and constantly having to reconnect *2024-09-06* I opened the app and have lost all my planted trees. Furthermore, my progress no longer is synced despite being connected to my Garmin. Beforehand I would always be prompted to connect and I’d have to keep going through the process to allow permissions, this time however my progress has completely gone. It’s been frustrating. First, I connected it to my Garmin account and it has not been syncing any data so I disconnected it, and I connected it to Apple health which pulls the data from Garmin and intermittently sinks the data. Most days it shows I have zero steps, but Apple health shows I have lots of steps. I’ve disconnected and reconnected it twice. The app is buggy and needs work. ### 1/5 — Getting progressively worse *2023-09-27* Initially was a great idea and worked well . Recent updates have monetised it and stopped it from working properly . For example one “improvement “ means the app no longer counts steps unless physically opened - how old fashioned ! Another “improvement “ lost at least half the trees I’d planted ( what did they do- dig them up ? Or is it a con ?) I’m Currently considering deleting it as it’s practically useless. The rest of my team have already given up due to its poor interface . Just a shame . Literally every time I try to sync it. It makes me really log into Fitbit and honestly it’s boring. Even if it I’m lucky enough to log that day steps, it won’t recognise any other days steps. The creators need to iron out lots of issues. ### 1/5 — Hasn’t worked for weeks *2023-03-25, version 1.45.1* This used to be a great app, but it hasn’t worked for several weeks now, not even with the update. Such a shame as it’s a great idea. Repeatedly asks me to reconnect to my FitBit, then still doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Falsely advertising free app to use, it's not free. *2023-03-25* Apple should really consider if this is allowed on here. Why are you not stating the fact that you need to purchase a monthly membership on the apps page on the store? I'm sure that's against the terms and conditions, and is falsely advertising. Very disappointing as all I want to do is help and plant trees. Planting trees for the benefit of the environment is an added and important bonus. Simple to you. With the starter pack at £10 you get a tree planted every week! I’m on 198 trees! I very rarely have an issue with the app, but when I do the support team are really helpful and quick at getting it resolved. The bonus packs are brilliant too. Would be great if people could buy them for me e.g. as a birthday present, but this isn’t possible at the moment; hopefully some time soon. 🤞🏻 Would also be great if there were different subscription options, such as £7.50 per month to get two trees if you do over 10k steps in a day, to give me more incentive to push myself a little further! But as it stands it’s great! I quite like that the target is set for 5k steps - it’s less daunting and builds more confidence in my abilities of both walking and making impact to environment. Come wind, rain or shine. I do, however, often become very frustrated when logging my steps only to find the app can take an absolute age to register them. Hence only 4 out of 5 marks.
