The app doesn’t work on my end. I can’t get to schedule anything. I only get there are no bus schedules

The ETA is completely accurate, you end up waiting 30-45 minutes for a bus. Also your fare is deducted immediately you book! Absolutely WRONG!! So even if you cancel, you lose your money. It’s a rip off!
The conductors lie about the location of the bus when you call, making it all the more difficult
