## What is Trellis ~ Spiritual Formation?

Companion is a spiritual formation app for individuals and churches.

For individuals, it brings together the ancient practices of the Christian tradition into one simple daily rhythm: Lectio Divina with timed silence, scripture memorization, breath prayer, and the evening examen. Each practice is guided, unhurried, and rooted in the church's long history of formation.

For churches and communities, Companion makes it possible to practice together. A pastor or leader sets the week's Lectio passage, and every member of the congregation reads the same scripture, prays the same prayers, and shares notes and prayer requests in a shared community feed. Formation becomes something you do together, not just alone.
