If you live in Texas, then this is a good app. If you don’t live in Texas, I’m not sure it’s helpful.

The app interface seems easy to use in terms of searching my location and such but all the home were only in TX, nothing Eastern seaboard just basically in Houston.

I had to foreclose on a house after the borrower stopped making payments. I was expecting a $30,000+ loss and I just needed to get out of it. I listed the house on Trelly, and ended up selling the home for $75,000 over ask price, turning a $30,000+ loss into a big gain. If I ever have a house I need to sell in the future, you better believe I’m using Trelly.
