But when trying to buy on the app any date I selected the app will show the day before in the summary prior to pay (if selected 31st it shows 30th, if 1st shows 31st). I called them and they said "you better buy online, apparently the app is not working". So I have no tickets, no Priority boarding, and I was charged 15% cancellation fee. I used the iOS app and was able to register, but after choosing a date and time it says error and doesn’t work. Then after clicking to see my account it says bad credentials and logging in doesn’t work so it seems it didn’t register me afterall? There’s no email feedback to know. Registered and purchased tickets within a minute of downloading the app! Frustrated that I let others negative reviews keep me from trying the app. Get it now! The nice man in the ticket office had to search for my purchase and print me a ticket, defeating the purpose of a time saving app. Please upgrade.
