One would think that shipping delays can happen once but Trendia manages to disappoint consistently Their delivery commitment is of 12 -15 days when you place the order. But they are never able to fulfill delivery timelines. Once order is placed you have no way of cancelling the order even if they dont deliver on time or not deliver at all . Once you pay the price your money is lost and no guarantee on when the product will be delivered. When or if you receive the product they won’t accept returns as well . I experienced delays the first time but gave them the benefit of doubt and ordered the second time to allow them repeat the same unprofessionalism . Never ever ordering again on Trendia . I cancelled things before no other company charged me . They have never delivered my order. And when i reached the customer support, they always have a standard answer.. that it takes couple of days for them to ship. They are not giving any ETA on when they can ship. Don’t lose your money folks spending on this fraud company. 12-15 day standard delivery policy is a JOKE.
