I’ve used it for years. But one day in the last year or two it randomly deleted my music and I contacted them. Apparently I had an account with them that they restored. That was my old music. I had since added new music on there and those new songs were gone. My old music was good too but since that happened the app has declined. It won’t play the music, instead it skips several songs for NO REASON. When I put it on shuffle, nothing plays… it’s a mess. I’m now trying to delete my account but I can’t do it through the app so I contacted them. Let’s see now…. TRENDING REFUSES TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT. ### 3/5 — What is going on *2026-08-22, version 6.0* I’ve had this app for over 10 years. Never had a problem since they started trying to get people to get a subscription. My music barely plays now and the app is always shutting down after a song or two. This is crazy to me because the app get their music from YouTube and i feel like they are purposely doing this to force someone to pay for the app. I’m not going to do that. Fix this issue please ### 3/5 — Recent update *2026-08-22, version 6.0* I have been using this app for years and I can’t tell you what direction this app is heading in now. Support is very handy, but it seems like the updates aren’t making the app function as well. It’s making me wish it just stayed the same the whole time. My app skips a lot. I just recently updated it and there was a message before telling me about a play hack error. The message specifically said if I updated my app that my downloads wouldn’t be bothered. Wrong! Now it seems I have to sit and wait for my videos to load again, and then sit and wait for them to be offline again 😭I feel like I was tricked into the update cause I definitely wouldn’t have updated if I knew I had to offline my videos again ever time I update it. Ridiculous ### 1/5 — Bugs *2026-08-18* Ever since they changed the layout of the app, there has been numerous bugs or glitches that either prevent the app from working properly or crashes it entirely, the crashing being mainly during offline mode. Some songs won't even work if not favorited or downloaded, and when you try favoriting them, they would bug out and not even appear in favorites, and when you try listening to them after favoriting to download for offline listening, they would just skip to the next track until you reach one you had already downloaded. The loop feature as well, one of the preexisting important features that I regularly use has been regularly bugged and not working properly after the app changes. And the layout/design had been perfectly fine until they changed it to implement new features that honestly were either lackluster or just not important. The changing of the layout had also noticeably led to multiple bugs and errors in the functionality of the app which ruins the experience, the appearance of reoccurring bugs had appeared after the layout change with there being little to no bugs before the changes. I have used this app for more than 4 years and this is the first time I am writing a review because I honestly can't take it anymore. Please fix. *2026-08-15* Hi, songs aren’t playing even when favorited, new songs when you click on them either take forever to load, or don’t play at all. Even when a song is playing, sometimes the song might just skip itself while in the middle of the song, or it might suddenly stop and then when you go to make it play again it instantly hits you with a ad, which is a whole new bug. Bugs like these has happened many times on this app, I’m wondering what exactly is the reason. I’ve been using this app for around 3 years now and it’s ridiculous how it still has most of the same problems from years ago. It’s like, a new update comes, fixes some things for a week or 2 and then all the bugs come back or even add new ones. Instead of adding new features and all that, please focus on making the site actually useable and working for atleast a month, because at this point, this is egregious. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback - we'd really appreciate another try!
