che cristo di app é, ma si può che apro l’app e clicco sul mangiare e non esce nulla, in più su questo vagone é pieno di indiani che corrono, mi mancano altre 12 ore, il fiume ganje é più pulito di sto vagone, l’operatore Khantush é sparito con i miei soldi e dall’app non si riesce ad ordinare, dio bono.

Sviluppare un’App che non funziona e dove in teoria dovresti interagire con il personale del treno, ma non ti risponde mai nessuno.
Non istallatela è tempo e gb persi

By all the hype, this was the app to download to book breakfast options on our Excelsior Intercity Notte. I even registered. 
At best it offered less information than their website, at worse just took you so slow or non existent information. 
I found no way to book the promised breakfast options and didn’t know I was going to receive breakfast until I bumped into the guard/conductor next morning. 
In the end I got a tray of snacks and a choice of coffee and juice. It was ok, but certainly not the travellers choice of menu, time and breakfast in bed. 
Just speak to the guard/conductor - they know what service will be delivered. The App was nothing like the experience offered.

Concordo, siete imbarazzanti, anche io scrivo dal treno, distribuiscono il menu e spariscono del tutto.Andate a lavorare seriamente!

Basta solo il titolo. Non c’è altro da aggiungere……e scrivo dal treno, dove sono 2 ore che non riesco a trovare una bottiglia d’acqua ne a contattare nessuno.  Però ti fanno leggere i menu…..  VERGOGNATEVI!

So this looks nice, but it’s just a menu so why that needs to come in app form I don’t know, especially when you can’t order from it and you’re given a paper menus when you arrive. If this app actually had some level of interaction ( in regards to ordering food )then it would be useful, otherwise it’s just a semi functional digital menu that looks nice but gives nothing else.
