At least gave you a suggestion of platform before it was displayed on the stations system. It is an awesome app that makes finding trains very easy! В результаті кошти списані з рахунку але квитки не отримала ні на пошту ні в додатку не було можливості їх скачати. В службі підтримки відмовились допомогти і повернути кошти. App, at first utilization, on the first screen of Trenit I was ask to push a button “Continua” , which in the end turned to be a scam for sending a SMS to 1235 to a gaming app and being charged with 2.99 eur+ VAT. However, trying to actually make a purchase was a horror. Picked our desired train and time. Went to pay and the app refused to take my email. I kept getting “invalid field”. I tried my alternate emails and received updates from Trenitalia that my email was changed but when I tried the new email to purchase my tickets— “invalid field”. Apps are meant to be useful and the help the user in having a good experience. This app does neither. Però non si può dire che graficamente sia appetibile, come detto da altri sembra un po’ “retrò” , indietro con la concorrenza, poi dopo il nuovo restyling di Trenitalia che ha migliorato molto la sua app la differenza è ancora più abissale e quando si fa notare agli sviluppatori questa cosa loro dicono “è stata studiata e la vogliamo così” quindi in poche parole non la rinnoveranno mai graficamente ne di nuove funzioni in quanto ci hanno messo ben 1 anno per aggiungere delle semplici notifiche sui viaggi seguiti.
