I really enjoy the variety of the fitness classes. I dropped my other subscriptions after seeing how many fitness classes are available on Treo. Treo is a benefit my employer offers and it’s saving me money

The app holds me accountable. I like the variety of content. It keeps me interested and trying new things. I’ve found I really enjoy Sprint 8 and also the reminders when I forget to log have been awesome. I’m so glad my employer offers this benefit!

The Treo app has been extremely useful in helping me reach my goals. The personalized habit tracker is easy and quick. It takes no time at all to stay on track and be sure I’m taking the right steps on my health journey.
