If it was up to me I would uninstall it and never use it again but unfortunately I’m required to use it for work. This app has always been terrible and buggy and they raised the price of the service to boot. ### 1/5 — They take no pride in their software *2023-11-30, version 8.5.0* Bug after bug, revision after revision they can’t get their code together to fix this app. For starters it has an errror message that pops up 50% of the time that there is a problem and their engineer are aware. You can’t make any calls until you force quit the app. Also the UI is very sloppy easy to mistake pushing wrong buttons, when listening to recordings the phone locks and shuts off and you have to unlock to finish listening.
