I <3 tretty ### 5/5 — Für Uni Münster Studis gratis, Support super! *2024-10-23, version 8.70* Als Uni Münster Student können wir einen Code erhalten, der es uns ermöglicht kostenlos Trettys zu benutzen. Das ist super praktisch und funktioniert auch sehr gut (bei manchen kleinen Fehlern einfach die App neu starten und es sollte wieder alles klappen!). Ich habe allerdings vergessen diesen Code bei der Buchung einzugeben und deshalb wurden 80€ für das Semester abgebucht. Daraufhin habe ich den Support angeschrieben und zügig eine nette Rückmeldung bekommen, sowie mein Geld zurück erhalten. Und das, trotz dass überall von den Betreibern selbst vor genau diesem Fehler gewarnt wird, welcher also ganz klar meiner war! ### 5/5 — 5 ;) *2024-10-14, version 8.64* Ich nutze Tretty regelmäßig für meine Fahrten in Münster und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Das System ist benutzerfreundlich, und die Fahrräder sind zuverlässig. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der großartige Kundensupport. Als ich versehentlich ohne gültiges Semesterticket ein Fahrrad ausgeliehen habe, wurde mir der Betrag schnell und unkompliziert erstattet. Top Service – ich kann es nur empfehlen! ### 3/5 — Für Studenten umsonst, sonst eher mehh *2024-10-11, version 8.64* Ansich sind die Fahrräder zum Großteil im guten Zustand und besser als in anderen Städten beispielsweise Next Bikes. Auch positiv ist dass man sie an vielen Orten abstellen kann und nicht zu Stationen bringen muss und es Lastenräder gibt. Allerdings gibt es viel zu wenig Räder. Es gibt eigentlich nie welche in der Nähe und man muss (wenn man Glück hat und überhaupt so nah eins steht) immer mindestens 1/2 km laufen. Wenn es für Studenten nicht umsonst wäre (was aber in anderen Städten mit NextBike auch angeboten wird und dort deutlich mehr Räder zur Verfügung stehen, also kein Alleinstellungsmerkmal) würde ich es nicht nutzen. Dann lohnen sich die E-Roller von Bolt/Tier, für ein paar Cent mehr, deutlich mehr. ### 1/5 — 25€ ohne Vorwarnung per Lastschrift eingefordert *2024-06-25, version 8.26* Ich habe bei Tretty ein Lastenfahrrad ausgeliehen und dieses Ordnungsgemäß abgestellt an der Heilig Kreuz Kirche. Ich habe das sogar extra nochmal auf der Karte bestätigt. Davon gibt es auch ein Foto. Am nächsten Tag maßt sich Tretty an bei mir per Lastschrift 25€ einzufordern mit dem Grund. Falsch geparkt . Meine Forderungen die GPS Daten oder sich auf das Foto zu beziehen werden ignoriert.
