Padahal saya ambil mobil dalam keadaan berdebu, saya kembalikan dengan keadaan yang sama. Operator meminta uang cuci mobil saat pengembalian. Selama saya rental mobil dimana saja, baru kalo ini ada penyewa meminta mobil kembali dalam keadaan tercuci. ### 1/5 — Can’t receive OTP *2023-10-20* Can’t say much about the app itself. The OTP provider they use struggles to deliver messages. I can’t receive the confirmation code and the support is slow and uncertain how to help. If the basics don’t work, I’m not sure I want to see the rest. I’ll just use another option. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the issue with OTP and errors that occurs. Our team will be assisting you accordingly with utmost care. ### 1/5 — Trevo scam your money, please don’t use their service *2022-08-06* I rented a car from August 4th to August 22nd. When I picked up the car it looks alright but right after I loaded my luggage the driver rear tyre went flat. I drive to nearby gas station to put air and it seems like holding it but I have to drive slowly to my destination which is only 30 minutes away. I felt unsafe to continue driving the car so I contacted the host and Trevo indicating I want yo cancel the rental. Host did not bother me but Trevo told me to return the car and they will refund me after taking the penalty which is 1to 2 days rental. Iagreed and host send someone yo pick up the car the same day. Since then Trevo start changing tone and told me after their investigation there is nothing wrong with the tyre. Since I already paid the full amount, I told them I will take back the car since refund is not possible. Now Trevo told me they need the ops team to do investigation which can take up to 14 days and I will not have the car back. This is definitely illegal as I paid for the rental and I will not have the car. I have reported the issue to my credit card company but I don’t think they can do anything about it.
