There’s no way to download policy documents or even print them. When you try to view your policy it automatically switches to landscape mode and there’s no way to view it in portrait mode. ### 1/5 — No pierdas tu dinero ,Don't waste your money *2024-09-25, version 2.1.9* -Pagaba 280$ en seguro con ellos y tuve un accidente con mi carro (no fui el culpable ) pero ellos se aprovecharon de mi , ofreciendo 800$ por pérdida total . Estafadores! -I paid $280 in insurance with them and I had an accident with my car (I wasn't to blame) but they took advantage of me, offering $800 for total loss. I paid $8000 for my car, thank God that the insurance of the person who crashed me paid me what the car was worth. Having trexis for sure is the same as not having it and even worse. Scammers! ### 1/5 — Danger!!!! ‼️ *2024-08-27, version 2.1.8* Stay as far away from this Insurance company as you possibly can!!!! I have never had an insurance company change my rate every month. My down payment was $341 and $210 a month. I paid the $210 and then the next month is was $342 and I paid that. Now, it’s $381. They are thieves and will steal from their policy holders as much as they can so they can keep investing in their company. I have never experienced that before and you won’t either if you stay clear of Trexis! ### 1/5 — Should’ve listened to the warnings *2024-08-10, version 2.1.8* Trexis is terrible. This company took my money without activating my policy. They claimed they never received my electronic signatures, so I submitted them a second time. Immediately I was threatened to have my paperless program removed. I have also received two letters stating that my policy was being canceled even after my signatures were submitted again. I even set up auto payment and I’m receiving alerts that I am past due on my second payment? their automated payment system hangs up on me when I’m trying to make my payment. Even the app will not take my credit card info. dealing with this company is like dealing with dinosaurs. please choose a different insurance option! I will be contacting my bank to have all payments reversed. It almost looks like it’s from 2000 and hasn’t been updated or modernized since. This is my way of pulling up all the insurance for all my vehicles easily and conveniently but it’s beyond that. The zoom on this app needs to be reduced. Only reason to use is if they give you a lower rate than the bigger co’s ### 1/5 — Isn’t it illegal to stop taking payment and basically cancel a policy on someone??? *2021-10-20, version 1.26* I’m pretty sure it’s illegal in about any state in US for an insurance company to cancel someone’s policy or stop taking the automatic withdrawal… leaving them with NO INSURANCE and NO KNOWLEDGE of this! If I hadn’t checked my account in detail to see why I had extra money in my account then I would’ve never known the money wasn’t taken out like it usually is! I don’t do the payment on my own, it’s supposed to AUTOMATIC! Which we had FULL COVERAGE, ROADSIDE, COLLISION, COMPREHENSIVE, UNDER OR NO INSURANCE, we had it ALL!! Now we have NOTHING! Now what I was told about a week or more when I texted my agent to see what the problem was, she didn’t even text back right away… days later she text me and said “I am no longer with the agency”. I asked her a couple other questions and stated it would’ve been nice to know my insurance was basically canceling on me and no one had the courtesy to even tell us anything! Many more days passed and she text “I’m sorry, I wasn’t allowed to say anything”! She never did sent me the number to call like I asked for but I found it. Just because someone quit or got fired does not mean you quit or fire all the people who got insurance under her/him!!! Now, if I get into a wreck between figuring this crap out and getting insurance fixed… what’s gonna happen with the insurance company who’s supposedly covering all my vehicles!?!?!? This was very UNPROFESSIONAL. My agents name was April Noland! And I’d like to know why she wasn’t allowed to tell her people their ins is being dropped! The digital in app auto insurance card won’t show all of the information. That you have the screen twice. And this is my only auto insurance company that I can only afford because of my multiple auto accident and traffic citation. I want this auto insurance company to add ad to Apple wallet feature in the app platform. For all of their customer that using all Apple iPhone models users.
