I spent 30 minutes trying to locate the store because the contact number provided wasn’t even connected, meaning I had no way to reach the recipient. I left frustrated — and the next day Trexity deducted the $30 and permanently suspended my account for “unprofessional handling.” So let me get this straight: the app can send you into impossible situations for bargain-basement pay, give you bad info, offer no real support, and then take the money back and delete your account. Another driver summed it up perfectly: sub-$17/hour routes, huge distances (200km for $90 / 7 hours), delayed payments, cancellations without notice, long pickup waits, penalties for canceling, and GPS/destination problems. That matches what I’ve experienced. If you’re a driver: don’t waste your time. Today I was on my route towards first pick up and due to icy roads and heavy traffic. I was delayed by five minutes according to their app for the time of pick up and they cancelled my route. And then you have no way of contacting them other than email which they do not respond. Anyhow, I got a new route, which was a part of my previous route and when I went to Support chat and inquired via the route was taken away from me. Can I talk to a person in the technical team while I was on my way to save tissues, I was a bit slow. They say I was unprofessional and they deactivated my account and haven’t reverted back yet and nothing about my earnings. I don’t know whether they pay or not. Otherwise, also in routine their payment method is you fill your car with gas and deliver their parcels but they will only transfer money into your account when their customer gives them what is the logic behind that because the driver already delivered and used the gas and paid his own pocket. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — They make excuses and don't pay *2026-07-29* This company is very scammy. The company appears more focused on getting routes completed than on treating drivers fairly. A platform that relies on drivers should listen to their concerns, communicate transparently, and investigate issues fairly before taking action. I had to drive over 250km to get $120 the gas prices are crazy right now about $2/ ltr. The pick up locations are usually 20-30 min away and the last drop off for the route about an hour or two away from your start location. Another note is that driver is not free to complete separate delivery unless it is in order. For example: I went to a building complex that has building 1000 and building 2000. and I had 4 deliveries and their order was not in sequence. Like I have to go building 1000 drop a package then go building 2000 drop a package then come back to building 1000 to drop another one. This can be easily fixed when giving the driver the freedom to choose which drop off he or she can do first.
