Once you pay, you won’t be able to use app unless you subscribe to their cloud for $1.99 per month. Misleading!! Toll wäre es noch, wenn beim Teilen der Gesamtausgaben im Screenshot auch die Gesamtsumme zu sehen wäre. Ein automatisches Offline-Backup ist leider technisch nicht möglich, es gibt aber eine Erinnerungsfunktion. ### 3/5 — Statistik *2026-03-05* Die App ist grundsätzlich übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen, um Ausgaben auf Reisen schnell zu erfassen. Auch die Währungsumrechnung ist praktisch. Leider fehlen mir bei den Statistiken einige wichtige Funktionen. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, mehr Auswertungsmöglichkeiten zu haben, zum Beispiel Ausgaben nach Ländern getrennt anzeigen zu können. Wenn man in den Statistiken ein paar Funktionen besser trennen und detaillierter auswerten könnte (z. B. nach Ländern und Kategorien), wäre die App wirklich super. So ist sie aktuell gut für einfaches Tracking, aber bei der Analyse der Reisekosten noch etwas eingeschränkt. **Developer response:** Danke für die Ideen. Die Möglichkeiten zur Kategorisierung sind richtig gut und hilfreich. Der Support ist super. Danke Stefan für das schnelle Update zur Erweiterung des CSV Exports. I paid for the pro-version, which for me was totally worth it. Lots of things are configurable like trips with multiple currencies, categories, convertion rates (if you’re not happy with the given ones), start and end date, budget and travellers. Adding and changing expenses is super easy. You can even split an expense for multiple days. The statistics provided out of the box are displayed in a nice and easy readable way. If those are not enough for you they are downloadable via CSV for your own calculations. I had to transfer the app data from one phone to another which was super easy. Unfortunately I had a problem, unrelated to the app, but the support helped me anyway very fast. In the future I’d love to see a small calender somewhere to not only switch between days but only months and years. **Developer response:** Thank you for your great review and your suggestions. I have since purchased the app and have been using it for nearly 5-months on multiple business trips (domestic and overseas) and I can honestly say it is exceptional. Simple and intuitive, with customisable fields, it really takes the effort out of managing expense claims. Furthermore, when I made a suggested improvement for a .pdf export function, the developer not only incorporated he also followed up with a personal email informing me of the update - now that’s what call customer service! I will be recommending this app to all of my work colleagues as it’s a great utility at a fraction of the cost of competitor apps, which frankly offer no additional functionality. Allerdings hatte ich heute einen Bug festgestellt und habe beim Suchen nach updates festgestellt, dass die App neu aufgesetzt wurde. Runtergeladen und Käufe wiederherstellen ausgewählt (wir haben die Pro-Version der alten App, aber - nichts passiert. Auf unseren Hinweis hin hat sich der Entwickler umgehend gemeldet und seine Hilfe angeboten.
