I have trigala wtv phobia and I saw botted adds on TikTok and thought I could entertain this. Why is an app about hair asking my age? And worse why do they want to see a photo of any part of me! Why do I need to sign a consent form? I’m not pressing I accept and I advise you not too aswell.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re so sorry your first experience felt confusing, that’s the last thing we want for anyone who comes to Trez AI. 

We ask for age because our app deals with a sensitive health topic and we want to make sure we’re protecting younger users appropriately. The photo is entirely optional and only used to help track hair regrowth progress, it never leaves your device without your consent. The consent form exists to be transparent about exactly how your data is used, never to take advantage of you.
