There are two things that would make the experience better: - Performance (gains/loss). I have a 5 so the app is now useless! ### 1/5 — Used recovery seed and no funds populated *2026-03-19* I bought the new Trazor 7 because I didn’t trust putting my seedphrase into the website to get the update. When I tried using the seedphrase to recover my funds in the new wallet, no funds were there. I had to transfer the funds and pay a fee. No 24/7 phone number. The only option is to be extorted for a $99 consultation fee and have to set up an appointment so that they can tell you how to navigate the problem that shouldn’t be a problem. Horrible service! **Developer response:** Hi, passphrase works the same on app and desktop, so this sounds like a setup mismatch we should look into. Let’s get this sorted! ### 1/5 — BUG- needs fix *2026-03-01, version 26.1.1* When trezor is locked and the user clicks show full address after clicking receive in bitcoin, the page goes blank after address is confirmed in the trezor device. The workaround for this is to close and reopen the app and keep the trezor device unlocked to confirm wallet address.
