For example, it isn’t very straightforward on how to deposit a check; when you do get to that part, it isn’t very clear how to accept the photo (hint: there are 3 buttons but you have to press the middle button twice to accept the photo—-not intuitive at all) ### 1/5 — Old school *2023-07-19* Old school online banking portal. Their answer is always that the customer is the reason for app failure. I have used this for a month and had to reset 5 times!! Save yourself the headache and find a new bank that knows how to treat their customers and appreciates them.
