We were so thankful to get Tri Co Go. We have never had internet service so fast and customer support so good. The app is comprehensive and easy to manage devices on your account.

Haven’t upgraded my hardware in years, no need too until now. Very reliable even during storms, that’s a first for me.

We switched from Charter/Spectrum, which we quite enjoyed for 10 years. But the new speed of Tri.CoGo is worth the change.

After years (decades actually) with the other internet service (phone) company we are so thankful to have TriCoGo Fiberoptic service.
The bar was pretty low with the other guys being the only option and when it worked it wasn’t much better than dial-up.  I am writing this a few months after making the switch and it has been as near perfect as possible.   
We had one service disruption that lasted MAYBE two minutes. The other guys’ would fail if a few drops of rain fell or a breeze blew staying out anywhere from several hours to a week or more. 
We were literally getting 1/2 to 2/3 of the month we were paying for because it was always out.
Random speed tests have shown that we  now always receive over the 250 MBPS plan.   I can’t remember a test under 260.
Increased WiFi range to our whole house and now it doesn’t matter if we stream TV in more than one room at a time.
Another bonus is our cell phone reception here in a bad cell area has improved thanks to the boost from WiFi.   
Almost forgot to mention that we are paying less for this also!

Finally! High speed internet that is affordable AND has no data limits! What a relief for those of us who live in rural areas.
