It’s from the Stone Age. There is almost no benefit to using this bank at all. It’s extremely annoying to transfer money between accounts because it requires a telephone call each time. Also the transfers between accounts are not instant so the money that was available in one tri counties account becomes unavailable in the other tri counties account. No logical reason for that.
