I take Tri MyRide to the Pittsburg/Bay Point BART station, and transfer to a regular bus, or take a regular bus to the Pittsburg/Bay Point BART station, and transfer to Tri MyRide. Once, the Tri MyRide was supposed to pick me up and didn’t, and a couple times, it wasn’t going to get me to the BART station in time to catch the bus I needed to take to work, so I took a taxi instead, which was expensive. I also take a taxi on weekends and holidays, because there is only one Tri MyRide bus running, and it takes too long to come. Jose was above and beyond very friendly. ### 3/5 — New update missing estimated time *2023-11-15* This new update is now missing the wait time so it’s harder to time the pick up. It’s also unfortunate that recently it’s been busier than ever and it would be nice if there were more buses. The only thing I wish that I can schedule a pickup ahead of time, for example if I know I’m going to be using this everyday, I wish there is a way to automate a pick up rather than having to do it like 10 min before I need to leave. A few months ago I booked a bus because I need to be at bart early, I ordered the bus earlier in advance, I waited outside and the bus sat in the park across from my house, delaying my time, I canceled my bus and walked to bart and thirty minutes later I finally see the same bus finally leave that park. ### 1/5 — Truthful Rating *2024-05-14* It’s a cool concept and whatnot but 9/10 times I try using it to get a ride it always seems to be “Busy”.
