I cannot get this fixed even though I’ve complained to both games Support. No one seems to care & blame my iPad & blame Tiki ! I KNOW this can be fixed. Now, it’s to the point where I can’t win without paying for wild cards or other tools to remove up down cards etc. The pop ups for promos seem to be happening more and more, frankly I’m just over this game. It was fun while it lasted. I’m only in the 3rd World and I am literally stuck. The algorithms won’t let me win no matter what I do. It’s ridiculous. The levels are nearly impossible to win. They want more coins to keep playing and if you do win a level you don’t get enough coins to cover what it cost to play that level. I’m really disappointed in this game. The game is free but at every turn they are constantly wanting you to pay for something or watch videos to earn coins. Every member of my team has had the same experience. I’ve played this game for over a year. It’s fun and the graphics are cute. It was becoming very difficult to win and support made changes that were great for the most part. Unfortunately, they continue to make changes that are making it frustrating to play. There are many games like this available so it’s easy to compare. Other games you receive points when you play a game, points vary on how well you do but you still get points for any cards flipped, moves made etc. if you win, obviously you get more points- that’s the whole purpose. You also get up to 3 stars. Now, with changes when you play a game and don’t win you get zero points. If you replay & win you get some. If you only got 1 or 2 stars and replay for more, you again get zero points. Points only given the 1st time you win. Currently, it’s inconsistent. No rhyme or reason to points system. Sometimes you see points but they don’t ADD to your total. Sometimes you lose a game so replay and win and you still get zero points. I have contacted support six times & I get a one sentence answer like “you will receive points when you win a game”. Not helpful because NO you don’t always get them, they seemingly don’t care. Other members of my group have contacted & been told a fix is available. Nope there isn’t. My group is down 1/3 of players because they stop playing out of frustration. Could be an amazing game if support/developer could get their act together. ### 1/5 — Great game *2019-05-22* Have only been playing a short time but so far I’m really enjoying this solitaire game. First time I reviewed this game I gave it a five. Now, however, since they start taking coins for every game you play and keep wanting you to spend money and have made the levels almost impossible to win, I changed to a one. Don’t these people who write these programs know how many games are out there? When it gets to this point I just delete it and go on to the next game.
