Why would they make an app if it doesn’t work? You can’t even log in, much less submit claims. I downloaded the app but still have to go through web browser. Deleting app now.

I just changed my password on my computer and I know I have the right information, but it still won’t let me log in. It says login failed, invalid username/password.
