It is annoying when you need to check something out but the app need updates ### 4/5 — An excellent crypto card, with room for improvement *2026-01-08* here are my thoughts about the tria card and wallet after two months of usage the pros: depositing into the wallet is near-instantaneous zero card fee (including top-ups), aside from 1% from VISA or minor FX if you’re paying in a currency other than USD 6% cashback on every purchase for the highest tier card (first payouts will be after $TRIA token is launched) you can use the card with apple pay/google pay for PoS purchases a variety of networks (bitcoin, etherum, base, arbitrum, solana) with cross-chain swaps possible between all ability to send funds to other tria users by just entering their usernames, instead of crypto addresses TX history export (useful for budgeting and keeping track of expenses you can withdraw the funds from the card to the wallet the cons: slippage is bad at the moment. also, swaps in the mobile app are marked as "coming soon", but this should've been live since day 1 currently, you can only send funds from an external wallet to the Tria wallet, but you can connect said external wallet to deposit funds directly Tria desktop app lacks passkeys. while some users prefer the simplicity of confirming their txs in one click, others (myself included) prefer the extra security layer offered by passkeys the app is missing a virtual banking account with IBAN details for depositing from/sending to other fintech banking services like Wise ### 5/5 — Crypto trading and payments *2025-12-19, version 0.0.33* Currently using for all my crypto trading and investments. Recently bought the Visa card and have been using for all my payments. It’s flawless. No support at all. *2026-07-21* I paid $250 for a membership on June 2nd and was asked to wait. Two months have passed, and there's been zero progress. There's no human support; I've tried reaching out via Discord DMs, Twitter (X), email, and phone calls, but no one has responded. This is a 100% scam company. ### 1/5 — SCAM (READ REVIEW❗️❗️) *2026-04-14* I've paid for the card within the app and successfully completed KYC to use it, but when I reach the step where I need to provide additional information, I get an error. The error says that the app doesn’t have access to the camera to verify the additional information, BUT this isn’t true, because I’ve allowed everything in the settings (and tested it in the app by scanning a QR code or sending a photo via chat), yet this error keeps showing up in just that window. I paid for the card, but I can’t use it because of an issue on Tria’s end. ❗️ And now for the most interesting thing: my case is eligible for a refund according to their refund policy, but no one is giving me a refund, and support (and email) respond with template phrases saying they are ‘solving the issue’, even though I have clearly stated my wish for a refund, to which I am eligible according to their refund policy. THEY ARE DOING EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO AVOID REFUNDING MY MONEY!!!
