It has been such an awesome way to talk about all our medications, side effects and alternatives without having to have a dr appointment and forgetting something. Our pharmacist always has some very useful information and ideas. The amount of caring and concern is also impressive. I wish everyone had the opportunity to use this service. I can see how this would be useful not just to people In My age bracket but older people too. Even young parents would benefit. Talked to a rep after they did not call me and they told me it was my fault they could not call me. Setting up an account was nearly impossible. When you log into the app you are directed to login to some other website. Reviews all seem fake. Their glucose meter is slick. You do not have to press any buttons to use it. You put the strip in, it turns on, you add a drop of blood. It measures and uploads without requiring the user to do anything.
