App is always down and the ebook reading experience on the website is raggedy. Do not get ebooks from trial guides: huge headache

Keep getting security threat messages preventing access to my purchased eBooks through both the app and the website. Security certificate expired almost 2 months ago. Worthless

Why Trial Guides insists on maintaining such an antiquated, unreliable app when easy alternatives to protecting its copyrights exist is beyond me. It’s inexcusable to charge $200 for an e-book and then provide this experience.

Move the audio book portion to Spotify and put it behind a paywall. This app crashes regularly, need to login every other day, now the certificate has expired. Come on now, be better.
