## What is TrialMate?

TrialMate is trial preparation for attorneys who do their own prep. Case management, witness work, and AI assistance on an iPhone and iPad, built for solo and small firm practice rather than for an enterprise rollout.

Run as many trials as you need with complete data isolation between them. Switch trials from anywhere in the app and everything follows: witnesses, notes, documents, chronology, and checklist.

CASE CHRONOLOGY
Build the timeline of what happened, and tie every fact to the witness who can testify to it and the document that proves it.

Each fact carries the date it happened, a summary, detail for quotes and page and line references, and whether the other side disputes it. Mark a fact disputed and it lands in its own filter, so the contested version of your case is one tap away.

The chronology sorts by when things happened rather than when you entered them, searches across summaries, detail and issue tags, and exports as text straight into a brief or an email.

Build your witness list per trial, keep prep notes against each one, and generate direct and cross examination questions to work from.

AI CROSS EXAMINATION AND ARGUMENTS
Generate cross examination lines and argument outlines from the facts of your case, then edit them into your own words. The output is a starting point for your judgment, never a substitute for it. A cross examination generated against a dated chronology tied to named witnesses is a sharper one than anything built from loose notes.

ABOUT THE AI, PLAINLY
The AI features send only the text you submit for that request, nothing from your other trials. No name, account, or device identifier goes with it. Requests pass through a ThrasherApps endpoint that retains no case content, and are processed by a commercial language model provider under their own terms.

You hold the confidentiality obligation and the app does not decide for you what may be sent to an outside processor. Nothing is ever sent automatically. Everything else, including your cases, notes, witnesses, chronology, and documents, stays on your device and in your own iCloud.
