Shameful for an app that is supposed to be used for critical medical testing. ### 1/5 — Storage hog *2021-08-30* Why does this app require my phone to have 0.5GB of spare storage in order to download a single yes/no question? It makes no sense. ### 1/5 — Serious bug stops key functions of app *2020-08-19* So I have downloaded this app today and it has a prompt that asks you if you understand that the phone screen may not be big enough and you might have to scroll down to proceed. The function also has a box that you can check so it doesn’t show up again. The first time I passed it up the second time I did not, after I checked the box and hit next the image that was in the box then covered my whole screen and the app became unresponsive. I closed the app and restarted it to no avail, as well as logging out and back in. So I deleted it and re-downloaded it. I got the activation code in, changed password, went though training then left app. Later thatyesterday went to enter data, put in password and it froze just sat there for 6 minutes doing nothing. Call nohelp line and was told to reload so i did and then it says activation already used and wont let me in this is totally useless. Must be made by retarded chinese because a real person would goto the sign in page when an account already exists. The most recent flaw is that it doesn’t move beyond a certain point because it claims that you aren’t connected to the internet. This is a backend coding flaw. There’s a small chance that it could be a front end coding problem, but either way, applications from the early nineties were more advanced than this. ### 2/5 — Inefficient *2025-05-24* This could be one of the most inefficient apps I have ever used. Sure it gathers all of your data, but you have spin these stupid dials to enter items multiple times that you should not have to.
