I had all my characters at level ten. Now I am back to square one. I am a bit frustrated and have to go back and rebuild all of my character’s weapons/armor. I like the game. It’s a great spoof on dragon warrior the og of rpgs. ### 3/5 — Ein bisschen früh für Geld *2023-03-05* Vorweg: Es ist okay, wenn Spielentwickler nach Geld fragen, wenn man ne Weile spielt. Aber schon nach einer halben Stunde? Fand ich dann heftig früh. Da konnte ich mir noch gar kein Bild machen. Zum Spiel: Ganz niedlich und schön simpel. Ich würde es begrüßen, wenn man selbst seine Truppen aufstellen kann und nicht nach Zufall. Und eine Warnung wäre nett, dass die Truppe, die man da gleich angreift, etwas zu doll mächtig ist. Ein Total Party Kill ohne jede Chance im dritten Kampf ist nicht spaßfördernd, bloß, weil man nicht gewarnt wurde. ### 3/5 — Good but has problems *2023-02-10, version 1.1.6* Fun tactics game with lots of quests to find and do and a lot of classes. Graphics are nice retro style. Music I know I've heard before. Not sure if it was stolen, if it's royalty free, or what. However there are gameplay issues. First, dead bodies and your own units block you from moving. At the least, dead bodies should not block movement. If they're left in play for use with certain abilities or something, fine, but allow units to move through them if they can't occupy the same space. Second, classes seem unbalanced. Spell casters (mages, clerics, etc) seem especially weak, because after using their one spell (when starting out), they're basically useless in combat until they get their spell back after a few turns. That would be ok if the number of opponents wasn't so many (because then your front units end up getting overwhelmed with such little support from spell casters). Archers on the other hand seem like the strongest of all. Then there's the loot from battles. Opening the chests causes twice as many enemies to appear, which can sometimes be ridiculously overwhelming. And quest items don't seem to drop nearly often enough. I've fought maybe 5 battles with the wolves and still only have two fangs - in fact I'm pretty sure I got those from the first battle and haven't received any since. So how am I supposed to turn in the quest?? A lot of potential, but needs work still. ### 3/5 — How about allowing the player to "move through" party members? *2023-02-06, version 1.1.6* Hey Devs, You have a fun SLG here so far but I've noticed 1 annoying issue so far. Since I can't move through my fellow party members or dead opponents, it is often VERY difficult for my fighter to get in place to fight baddies! I'm not suggesting more than 1 character inhabit a space, just that I should be able to pass through party members as long as I have enough movement to land on another space. ### 4/5 — Ótimo passa tempo. *2023-02-03* Bom jogo, divertido e com bastante variedade de itens e heróis. A progressão é bem lenta. Muito pouco XP por batalha. Equipar itens nos personagens é pouco intuitivo. Precisa de ir em um a um, e fechar a tela pra trocar de personagem. Add zoom in/out for dungeon instance map so players can view the layout clearly. 2. Add search function in market for ease of finding items 3. Add sort by price or item color in market 4. Add ability to equip from bag instead of going into individual character for equipment. Leave a message to encourage developer to keep fixing bugs(^з^)-☆ ### 4/5 — Well done but still improvable *2023-01-19* The game does its job and it’s really fun to play if you’re into the genre, the price it’s super fair in comparison to other games, I just have a few things to point out: sometimes the game crashes (it happened to me only during battle and I’m playing on iPhone XS) and it’s pretty frustrating especially during long battles because you lose all progresses of it. I think it would be nice to have a save state of the fight when this happens. Also, idk if it’s a design choice, but once a character moves there’s no possibility to undo that action which sometimes makes it tricky to use some attacks if you don’t remember the range perfectly, adding that option would be a great addition imho. Le jeu a du potentiel ### 4/5 — Fun Game *2023-01-13, version 1.0.7* Great little game, i upgraded to the full version and have been enjoying it alot! For beginners, big tip is keep moving in the early levels and if your team dies, buy back the old teammates. They will have all the upgrades. And each time you fight in an area it gets harder, so keep moving and come back later for more treasure. I did make it to the loose stones though and i cannot understand what to do with them. No enemies are spawning in the encounter. Is it a puzzle? I dont see any indicators for solving it. I wish i had more direction. Papaya Mountain - 2 ### 2/5 — Difficulty scaling is broken *2023-01-13, version 1.0.7* I did decent for the first few stages, lost a character almost every battle. The gold earned from completing a battle barely covers the cost to replace a lost one. After about the fourth stage the enemies become broken. I started a battle and two of my characters were killed in the forst round by bats that can attack multiple targets and have push back… makes no sense. ### 3/5 — Good game but adjust the numbers *2023-01-12, version 1.0.6* Enemies have too much damage variation making fights extremely unpredictable along with the type system in the game making melee useless ### 5/5 — TBS! *2023-01-12, version 1.0.6* I love turn based strategy. Classic, 2D, w a few added quality of life improvements for modern machines. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unexplained mechanics and stupidly difficult *2025-04-17, version 1.3.6* This game looked really fun so I spent 5 dollars to unlock some stuff. Played normally for two days but then I logged in today and all of my leveled up characters were missing and many of my other characters. Just simply vanished along with items... at first this was infuriating but as it turns out, I just needed to rehire them at the inn. Many other mechanics are also just not explained and you have to figure them out making this game confusing. To top it all off the amount of grinding that is required is ridiculous. I had to fight the first wolf battle like 15 times before I was ready for the level two battle. I should not need a party of level four or five characters to defeat a level two battle. Соответсвенно Ваших персонажей выносят очень быстро. Для восстановления персонажей нужно золото, с каждым повышением уровня - золота нужно всё больше и больше. В итоге Вы приходите к тупиковой ситуации, в которой Вы продаёте весь Ваш лут, для того чтобы оживить хотябы одного персонажа, но Вас не выпускают из начальной локации, потому как в походе должно быть ЧЕТЫРЕ героя. Нет баланса на уровень мобов! However the game is amazing, the battles is challenging and makes u think before you make your moves because death in this game is costly, need to pay gold to revive them. Потом появился вов который со временем сильно упростил достижение целей. В этой игре нужно реально постараться что бы и прокачать героев и собрать необходимый шмот, а потом его заенчантить.
