Example when my account needed money I wanted to transfer from Venmo but because I was in the negative the system blocked me. So I gained more fees. Everyone in the bank went over and above to guide me. We figured out a solution but to be blocked to add money seems to be too much. I appreciate the idea of great security but we need to strike a balance.
