Can’t use app or make payments via mobile app and it costs me $25 late fee. I feel horrible and cheated.

This institution is horrible! I’m starting to see why they recently lost so many members here recently. They’re still in 2010!

I love this bank, but I cannot access my mobile banking anymore since the last update. I currently own an iPhone 11 and the update requires a 16.0 or higher which I do not have. That causes a lot of issues for me, but at least I had the mobile banking long enough to transfer.

I absolutely love my bank. They are my people. I have only had positive interactions with them. Friendly and so helpful. The mobile app is very user friendly. If you aren’t a tech person the phone communications are the best also. I am more than an account there.
