The app pairs seamlessly with the TRIB3 heart rate monitor, SWEAT BAND 1.0, and the Accuro HRM306 to track your heart rate and performance metrics and store your data in personal progress dashboards. 

Tracked metrics include calories burned, SWEAT Points earned, heart rate plus your time spent in different heart rate zones and you can toggle between daily, weekly and monthly views as well as annual totals. 

You can also use the chat functionality to connect with other TRIB3Rs and the coaching team.

I got this app and the heart rate monitor to track my performance. I don’t care about the leader board thing. The calorie counting is very questionable. I compared it to my Apple Watch on the same work out at it was nearly double. I’ve just finished a work out and the calories burned really high. Not a chance I’m actually burning those calories in real life.
Also, it tracks your heart rate but does provide you much feedback to go on. It says how long I’ve stayed in a zone and my average percentage ……that’s it! I can see what my actual heart rate was and the ranges. Nor can I follow it through the workout to see how hard I had to push up a hill for example. 
It needs work.

Really like the sweat band and app but a while after a workout when I look in the app - all my workouts are duplicated so show twice with the same stats, which is a bit annoying!
