Easy to book and cancel classes except that the app has slow page loading/response times. Also, I really miss the old app’s push notification reminders of upcoming classes that I booked. Without them it makes me a little more stressed, need to keep checking app (or email, but who likes using email these days!) especially when I get off the waitlist for a class. This dependence on email sometimes makes me late in realizing I got off of a waitlist , and I’ve had to pay the $15 late cancel fee in cases where I’ve since made other plans. Basically the app requires me to be more organized, and wish it would help on that front!
