Lots and lots of small user interface annoyances. It feels like an app from 2008. Total amateur hour on the technical side. If your building uses it you have no choice you have to install it if you want to use the services, but this is a really bad app choice for this kind of thing. The website is much better, but even there it feels very dated, at least 10 years behind the times. A fully deserved one star, not given out of anger but just honestly this to me is a one star app. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2019-10-16, version 1.9.2* It will randomly log out so you don’t get any notifications. So unless you manually check the app everyday you’ll have no idea what happens in your building. It also can’t remember your username and password either natively or through the iOS password manager. It’s almost been a year... ### 1/5 — Garbage *2018-04-22, version 1.7.5* Constantly logs you out (so when you want to use the app you have to log in each and every time) and now it’s completely bricked every time you open it. Takes forever to load the app and certain tabs. Sometimes it won’t load at all and you have to close it and open it or I’ve been forced to use it through the desktop. ### 1/5 — Such fail for something so simple *2018-02-16, version 1.7.0* You would think that for such a simple app a developer could make things work: -frequently loses cached credentials and needs re-authentication -frequently gets stuck and will just show a spinning wheel of death at the loop and nothing else loads. Needs a uninstall and reinstall to get it working again -cannot attach multiple photos to a help request. C’mon have you never owned a strata property? Make it easy to attach relevant photos -has not been updated for the iPhone X Suggestions: -hire a UX designer and listen to them after they do user research -find a CTO who knows about building reliable systems. The one you have obviously doesn’t or does not have telemetry baked in to see where people are stuck. Or worse yet you are ignoring your telemetry data. ### 1/5 — Cheap low grade app *2017-12-18, version 1.7.0* Need to log in every time I use the app. Overall quality is very poor. A lot of bugs. In the beginning, it would only require me to login again every few months. Tried reinstalling, but did not solve the issue. Absolutely offensive. I am forced to use this app as my landlord chose it as the only means to communicate with them, otherwise I would NEVER use it. The web site works great too.. .. but why can't the app just be functional on a basic level?? Push notifications don't work at all, and leave an infinitely spinning "loading" wheel that never loads. I constantly have to force close the app and reopen it to get anything to load. Photos don't have thumbnails and take up to a minute to load when clicked. The app freezes all the time on a brand new iPhone XS. I'm constantly logged out and have to log back in for some reason. Can you just hire a software engineer to sit down and actually try to use this thing, so they can get as frustrated as I am and fix it into something that works? ### 2/5 — Stop logging me out all the time? *2018-02-07, version 1.7.0* The app is fine. Just fine. Some things that are very bothering and a major friction to continuing to use the app are: 1. It constantly requires me to re-authenticate. It doesn’t seem to remember me between sessions or app updates and it’s frustrating having to log in all the time. 2. The frustration of having to log in all the time is compounded by the fact that there’s no password manager extension integration to make logging in a breeze.
