I signed up for a subscription and they took my $130 but the product never came. Customer service is not existent and did not respond to multiple inquiries. ### 1/5 — Never got my book *2023-02-28, version 1.1.5* I purchased the single receipt plan for $15 made a nice book and it never came . I sent out emails and messages to the support team never got a reply and this has been throughout 3 months . Is this a joke ? By not answering an email and just saying I guess it’s your problem? My big concern is that they have my payment and I can’t get into the app to remove it.
