There’s nothing smart about this app. Schedules don’t work for the hvac unit, changing temperatures does nothing either, card reader doesn’t work on suite lock, intermittent access to amenity locks. Worst of all, to troubleshoot the developer asks you to send them a video of you using the app. How are you supposed to send a video of yourself using the app from the same device you’re recording from?? They never responded to that question and other residents are having the same issues. Terrible support.
